License Agreement: Universal Viewer

This License Agreement is applicable to Universal Viewer (the "application").

The application is distributed as freeware. This means:

1. All copyrights to application are exclusively owned by the author, Alexey Torgashin.

2. The author grants you a limited non-exclusive license to use the software free of charge for any purpose (either private or commercial).

3. APPLICATION IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
