- AV in design-time when cutting Combobox to Clipboard

- Combobox linked to LV.
Select a subfolder in Combobox, call LV.BrowserToPrevLevel -->
Combobox is not updated.

- TCustomEasyShellListview.WMContextMenu
Menu on empty space (Selected=nil) is called 2 times.
